Introducing our new Carbon Fiber sleeved version R-77 Slip-on system for the newly redesigned 2022 Suzuki Hayabusa.

You would be hard-pressed to find something more classic in life than the Yoshimura dual carbon fiber R-77 exhaust on the Hayabusa. The two go together like peanut butter and jelly. And for good reason. Nobody knows the Suzuki Hayabusa better than the engineers and craftsmen here at Yoshimura. Performance and beauty wrapped up in one package.

Want more than an esthetic reason? Of course there are performance advantages. The R-77 dual mufflers reduce weight by 11.2 pounds from stock! Horsepower and torque are up, and the exhaust note of the dual Yoshimura R-77's is as classic as the Hayabusa name! This system comes with left and right 5052 aluminum heat-shields that are powder coated and have the Yoshimura brand name laser etched on each side.

Our carbon fiber R-77 slip-ons are proudly developed, designed and made in the USA.

Flawless, beautiful, and sounds 10000% better then stock. Low tone aggressive growl is very nice. Love it.

Perfect Slip-ons

The unboxing was gorgeous, should filmed it. Installation was simple. I wanted a near-street-legal exhaust solution - one that would sound unmistakably hoony, but without offensive sound pressure. With the baffles, that is exactly what I got. Without the baffles, well…hee-hee!

Great sound, not annoyingly loud

Bought these because I didn't want to wait for the AT2 syste. Now that I see these on my bike and pics of AT2, I definitely made the right choice because the AT2 exhaust looks too small on the Hayabusa but to each their own. And I know its not a full exhaust system, but come on,
it's a damn Hayabusa and it has enough power and torque off the showroom floor. These have a louder sound than the stock ones but not extra loud for no reason. They look amazing on my busa and definitely give it a more sporty and aggressive look. Easy to install. Highly recommended!
